I'm Ida Karikoski, a visual artist based in Southwest Finland. Growing up in the Finnish archipelago has deeply shaped my connection to the sea and the natural world, which continue to inspire my work.
Working primarily with oil paints, I create original seascapes that capture the colours, atmosphere and ever-changing moods of the coast.
